Educational opportunities should be made available to all who wish to learn, regardless of their current situation or past experiences informal educational settings.  We prepare individuals with the foundational knowledge and skills needed to participate in the world of today and tomorrow efficiently. We instill a sense of individual purpose, self-value, and courage in our students, motivating them to reach beyond what they can currently see.

Irma balderrama-torres - LINKEDIN PROFILE


Irma Balderrama handles the week-by-week direction of Career Counseling services. As a bilingual-multicultural counselor, she has over 25 years of experience in vocational rehabilitation counseling and assessment.


She holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling and is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and an Independent Vocational Evaluator for the State of California Rehabilitation Department.

GEORGE CAJAS- LINKEDIN PROFILE

George Cajas has over 30 years of experience in vocational training, business management, and computer science. Harvard University, Derek Bok Center for Teaching and Learning certifies him to practice higher education and advances in learning. The University of Witwatersand certifies him with Strategic Implementation of Teaching with Technology. Mr. Cajas has completed an Executive Program with MIT Management Sloan School in Business and Digital Technology and holds a Bachelor in Computer Science.  Mr. Cajas is scheduled to begin a fall semester with Yale School of Management Executive Education in an Accelerated Management Program.

SHARON Martinez

Sharon Martinez received her Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern California. 


She also received her Master’s of Science Degree in Public Administration in Management from the University of Southern California. 

I founded Advanced Technical  Institute to accomplish one goal. To prepare individuals with the foundational knowledge and necessary educational skills needed to participate in the workforce of today and tomorrow effectively!

ANDrew Cajas

Andrew Cajas handles the direction of the GED and Adult Basic Education (ABE) academic services. As a multilingual-Multicultural Instructor, he has international teaching experience in both the United States and in China.


He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.


Andrew Cajas is the Owner and Founder of Kong Ming Education, an after-school tutoring center that specializes in Parents and Children that require Mandarin Chinese proficiency.
