Sylvia Iyott has over 20 years’ experience working in an office setting, previously working for the State of California. She graduated at the top of her class in high school and was named Valedictorian. After graduating, she continued on with her studies at Riverside Community College to earn her Associate of Arts Degree in Business Administration.
Our mission is to provide adult learners affordable, quality instruction by experienced educators. We offer courses and programs for various curriculum and individual needs, including prerequisites for other educational institutions, job requirements, and personal and professional development.
Mr. Cajas handles the direction of the GED and Adult Basic Education (ABE) academic services. As a multilingual-Multicultural Instructor he has international teaching experience in both the United States and in China. He holds a Bachelor of Science from University of California, Berkeley and a Master’s degree from University of California, Los Angeles.

Mrs. Balderrama handles the week-by-week direction of Career Counseling services. As a bilingual-multicultural counselor she has over 15 years of experience in vocational rehabilitation counseling and assessment. She holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling and is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and an Independent Vocational Evaluator for the State of California Rehabilitation Department.
Sharon Martinez received her Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern California. She also received her Master’s of Science Degree in Public Administration in Management from the University of Southern California.
